3 Must Try Menus in Boston this Month

Summer is for eating and with the solstice right around the corner; it is time to start seizing the day by seizing all the new menus available in town! From brunch, to late night, to patio dining, Boston has it all!

The Patio You Need in Your Life

Frenchie is the newest kid on the block in the South End. And its patio is already a star. With things like Frozè and perfectly executed moules frites, how can you go wrong? With many dishes perfect for sharing with friends over a glass or two of that Frozè, the patio is where you want to be.

As a certified bistro lover, my standards for French bistro fare are quite high and I have to say that Frenchie hits the mark. With fresh oysters, crispy croquettes, and juicy coq au vin, you and your friends won’t want to leave.

A New Late Night Menu

Del Frisco’s has been a standby Seaport steakhouse joint for what feels like centuries. And with the dramatic influx of people and businesses to the neighborhood, Del Frisco’s has become more and more of an after work drinks spot, where you increasingly find yourself lingering into the night. They have answered this trend with their new late night bites menu. The menu is essentially elevated bar classics, like shrimp skewers, tuna tataki and buffalo wings.

Back Bay Brunch

Brunch is a summer pastime in all major cities and has really picked up some steam in Boston over the past few years, to the point where Davio’s has even jumped onboard. If you are looking for a decadent menu in the Back Bay at around 11am on a Sunday, this is the place for you. The menu has something for everyone, ranging from the fried oyster “BLT” all the way to a hearty faro and avocado salad.

But no matter what you’re in the mood for you have to try some of their world famous fried spring rolls, I recommend going for the sampler so you can try all the flavors.

And why not finish it off with something from the dessert trolley?

I would like to try that fried spring rolls. Malaysian ones tend to be quite oily. And of course, definitely get something from the desserts. Always place left for sweet food.
