What to Do in Malibu

There’s a reason the rich and famous flock to Malibu—privacy, beaches and the wilderness. And us visitors can enjoy all those things too, if we know where to go! Here are a few spots you can’t miss.

Malibu Wine Safari

The number one place on our list for a quick trip to Malibu is Malibu Wine Safari. We’ve never seen anything like it. It’s a huge vineyard that’s filled with animals, animals that you can pet and feed! You are really visiting a ranch surrounded by picturesque Californa vineyards.

When you arrive, you get to hang out in their cute cabin before you board one of the huge safari triucks. Yes, you literally get to sit in the back of a safari truck while you sip wine and head through the California wine country.

There are a few stops where you get off to sample wines and take a look at the animals and some of them you even get to feed! There are also plenty of spots to snap some amazing pictures.

Rosenthal Wines in Malibu

Another spot for the wine lover is Rosenthal Wines. Located across from the beach, this little tasting room is a fun pit stop either on your way to LA on your Pacific Coast Highway roadtrip or on your way up to Malibu. They have a lovely tasting room inside and a huge patio in the back with oudoor seating, and they regularly host events and live music.

Southern Cali Beaches

And of course if you are visitng Malibu you need to hit the beach. There are several beaches to check out, these are our top choices: Big Rock, Carbon Beach and Latigo.

Hope you have a fun trip out to Malibu!
