Escape to the St. Regis Bal Harbour this winter. Winters are always tough in New England—this one even more so. Head down to Miami for some sunshine, space and warmth this Winter. The St. Regis Bal Harbour has plenty of all three. Keep reading to find out why you should visit the St. Regis Bal Harbour this month.
Getting to Miami from Boston
Miami is very accessible from the Northeast. With multiple nonstop flights daily to both the Miami and Ft. Lauderdale airports, the region is only 3 hours away any day of the week. In fact, JetBlue is now offering a new route from Boston to Miami, in addition to its daily service to Ft. Lauderdale, giving Mosaic members even more options to keep up their status. Bal Harbour is located on the Northern End of Miami Beach away from the hustle and bustle of South Beach, so it is just the spot for a restful vacation this Winter.
Why You Should Stay at the St. Regis Bal Harbour
January, February and March are just the months for a warm weather escape from New England. Return feeling refreshed, optimistic and refueled on vitamin D. The St. Regis Bal Harbour has 152 rooms and 64 suites on 24 floors, all overlooking the ocean, with private balconies. So, the views are the first reason why you should stay at the St. Regis Bal Harbour. There is something magical about waking up to the sights and sounds of the sun rising over the ocean.
The next reason why you should stay at the St. Regis Bal Harbour has the St. Regis standard of service. Every stay at a St. Regis comes with their famous butler service. When John Aster opened the first St. Regis in New York City, he brought his own team of butlers with him thus starting the tradition of St. Regis butler service—all the comforts of a Gilded Age home away from home (and now the rest of us get to enjoy those creature comforts at resorts all over the world!).
Finally, the last big reason why you should stay at the St. Regis Bal Harbour is all the amenities the property has to offer. Start by heading down to the beach to soak up some sun, then take a dip in one of the infinity pools and then after a nice shower head down to the newly reopened St. Regis Bar for their take on the St. Regis Bloody Mary—another of the New York legacies. Did you know that the St. Regis Bar in New York City invented the Bloody Mary in 1934?
Accommodations at the St. Regis Bal Harbour
When we recently stayed at the St. Regis Bal Harbour we were lucky enough to stay in one of their Imperial Suites, which had a living room, 1.5 bathrooms, two balconies and a spacious bedroom. The interiors were designed by Yabu Pushelberg and the rooms truly feel like a home away from home rather than a hotel. And that is no accident, the property also has residence condos and the design themselves are shared throughout both the condos and the hotel so both guests and residents get top of the line furnishings and décor for the ultimate stay on Miami Beach.
