With summer right around the corner, now is the time to get your wellness routine in order! Before all the summer vacations, beach trips and backyard barbecues, start doing a few things for yourself that will pay dividends all summer long. Here are my top 3 things you should add to your wellness routine this summer!
1) Add Probiotics
What are probiotics good for? Probiotics have so many benefits, and depending on which type you choose, they can have some amazing effects on your overall wellness. Recently I have been loving these powder probiotics from GC Pharma!
–Probiotics MAX: Focused on gut health
–Probiotics Beauty: Assists in skin, hair, and nails growth
–Probiotics Slim: Boost weight loss performance
These products are available on Amazon, and these are so easy to incorporate into your diet. Just mix them with water and they have a nice subtle flavor. I have been using the Probiotics Max for gut health but have also tried Probiotics Beauty and plan on continuing to use both. It’s such a great set to order because there is something for the whole family. Just take one pack per day, the flavor is similar to mild yogurt and there is no refrigeration needed—also the powder is meant to absorb into your body faster than tablets so you can even take the powder directly without dissolving it in water if you are on the go. Give these a try today!
Till June 17th you can get an additional 10% off on Amazon for MAX, Slim and Beauty Probiotics using my personal promo code JQLOUISE06.
Start a Daily Exercise Routine
This can sound daunting, but it doesn’t have to be. It can be something as simple as going for a morning walk or signing up for a spin class, but as long as you do something to move your body each day, you will thank yourself in a few weeks. I have been exercising more regularly over the past few months and I have already noticed a huge difference in my quality of sleep, and overall fitness and have been feeling stronger and more toned.
Think About What You Are Eating
When it comes to “healthy eating”, that means something different for everyone depending on what your body needs, but I am a huge believer in mindful eating. A little bit of planning can make a huge difference when it comes to what you choose to put into your body. Maybe it’s something as small as planning a day each week to go grocery shopping or ordering a meal kit for your lunches each week, but either way, just spend a little more time thinking about what you are eating.
