Limoncello Mojito Recipe from the Amalfi Coast

On a recent trip to Priano on the Amalfi Coast, we enjoyed lots of fun cocktails, but one that really impressed us was this Limoncello Mojito. The Amalfi Coast, renowned for its breathtaking beauty and enchanting landscapes, is not only a destination for sun-soaked vacations but also the birthplace of a delightful Italian liqueur known as Limoncello. And lots of the local bars and restaurants use the ingredient in their cocktails. We first tried this cocktail at Casa Angelina and have recreated it at home, just in time for summer!
