Each chef will be hosted by a partner hotel or venue, where they will create and prepare an inventive multi-course menu for the festival’s consecutive nights. - Christophe Bacquié, Chef and Owner of La Table des Amis, Le Mas Les Eydins, Bonnieux, France, will be featured at Le Barthelemy Hotel & Spa.
- Marcel Ravin, Chef at Blue Bay, Monte Carlo Bay, Monaco, will infuse his menu with vibrant flavors at Hôtel Rosewood Le Guanahani St.Barth.
- Julien Duboué, Chef at Boulom, Paris, France, will curate a menu inspired by the essence of French bistros at Nikki Beach Saint Barth.
- Fabien Ferré, Chef at La Table du Castellet, Castellet, France, will dazzle diners with his creativity at Cheval Blanc St. Barth.
