Each chef will be hosted by a partner hotel or venue, where they will create and prepare an inventive multi-course menu for the festival’s consecutive nights. • Florian Favario, Chef and Owner of L’Auberge de Montmin, Montmin, France, will be showcasing his talents at Hôtel Le Sereno
• Dimitri Droisneau, Chef and Owner of La Villa Madie, Cassis, France, will bring his refined techniques to Restaurant L’Esprit Saline
• Christophe Bacquié, Chef and Owner of La Table des Amis, Le Mas Les Eydins, Bonnieux, France, will be featured at Le Barthelemy Hotel & Spa.
• Marcel Ravin, Chef at Blue Bay, Monte Carlo Bay, Monaco, will infuse his menu with vibrant flavors at Hôtel Rosewood Le Guanahani St.Barth.
• Julien Duboué, Chef at Boulom, Paris, France, will curate a menu inspired by the essence of French bistros at Nikki Beach Saint Barth.
• Fabien Ferré, Chef at La Table du Castellet, Castellet, France, will dazzle diners with his creativity at Cheval Blanc St. Barth.
