Boston’s luxury dining scene is about to get a major dose of Côte d’Azur charm. LPM Restaurant & Bar, the internationally acclaimed French Riviera-inspired restaurant group, will open its newest location at Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston in early fall 2026, marking the brand’s Northeast U.S. debut.
Set on the second floor of the Back Bay hotel, LPM Boston will take over the former One + One space, bringing with it the restaurant group’s signature blend of Mediterranean ingredients, light and expressive cuisine, polished yet relaxed service, and an atmosphere that feels both elegant and full of life.

Founded in London in 2007, LPM has earned a devoted global following with restaurants in destinations including Dubai, Miami, Hong Kong, and Cannes. The concept is known for capturing the spirit of the French Riviera through bright, ingredient-driven dishes, airy dining rooms, Belle Époque-inspired design, and the kind of effortless joie de vivre that makes a meal feel transportive.
For me, the news is especially exciting because I love LPM’s Cannes location. There is something so memorable about the way LPM captures the energy of the Riviera: the freshness of the food, the glow of the room, the chic but unpretentious service, and the feeling that lunch or dinner could easily turn into an entire afternoon or evening. Bringing that same spirit to Boston feels like a perfect fit for One Dalton.
“We’re proud to continue our US expansion with a new opening at Four Seasons One Dalton Street in Boston,” says Nicolas Budzynski, CEO of LPM Restaurants. “This marks an important milestone in our growth strategy, following a successful launch in Miami, with more to come. Boston’s vibrant hospitality landscape and access to exceptional local ingredients, particularly seafood, make it a natural next step. We’re thankful to the Four Seasons team as we bring the spirit of the French Riviera to another iconic destination.”
The Boston outpost is expected to transform the former One + One space into a bright, design-forward dining room that reflects LPM’s signature aesthetic: open, airy, artful, and effortlessly elegant. It will be the kind of place designed for long lunches, celebratory dinners, and lively evenings that stretch well past dessert.

The opening also further cements Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street as one of Boston’s most important culinary addresses. The hotel is already home to Japanese izakaya-inspired Zuma and the sophisticated lobby lounge and bar Trifecta, both of which have helped make the property a destination for dining, not just overnight stays.
“The arrival of LPM at Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston signals a defining new chapter for the city’s dining scene,” says Ahmed Yacout, General Manager. “As Boston continues to assert itself as a world-class culinary destination, One Dalton proudly stands at its center. Our hotel has become a destination for dining in its own right, and the addition of LPM reinforces our role as a culinary standout in the city. LPM brings an unmistakable French-Mediterranean spirit to Back Bay, with its bright, Riviera-inspired flavors, spirited dining and a magnetic energy that fills the room. It is well-positioned to become one of the city’s buzziest gathering places.”
LPM’s arrival feels particularly well-suited to Boston right now. The city’s dining scene has been evolving quickly, with more room than ever for restaurants that combine international polish with a strong sense of place. And with Boston’s access to exceptional seafood and seasonal New England ingredients, LPM’s Mediterranean approach has plenty of local inspiration to draw from.
Expect a menu rooted in French and Mediterranean influences, with a focus on quality ingredients, vibrant flavors, and the kind of dishes that feel luxurious without being heavy. It is the culinary equivalent of a long lunch on the Riviera: fresh, elegant, and full of warmth.
With its global reputation, French Riviera sensibility, and prime location inside one of Boston’s most luxurious hotels, LPM Boston is poised to become one of the city’s most sought-after reservations when it opens in early fall 2026. For anyone who has experienced LPM abroad, the arrival will feel like a little slice of the Côte d’Azur landing in Back Bay. And for Boston diners discovering it for the first time, it promises to bring something bright, glamorous, and refreshingly transportive to the city’s restaurant scene.
