Lexington, MA is home to the Inn at Hastings Park, which is a Relais & Châteaux property, which is also home to quite a unique dining experience. So, pack your bags and head just 30 minutes Northwest of the city for the perfect weekend getaway from Boston.
The Inn at Hastings Park
The Inn at Hastings Park is a historic hotel that recently underwent a top to bottom renovation, giving it all the modern comforts, in the most classic setting. Just minutes from the location of the first battle of the Revolutionary War, the Inn at Hastings Park is quite the weekend getaway for the history buff, the leaf peeper or the person just looking for some peace and quiet.
All rooms are uniquely decorated for that bespoke, boutique feel. But in every room, you can expect, luxurious linens, modern amenities and sleek bathrooms, making for a very comfortable stay.
A Unique Culinary Experience at the Inn at Hastings Park
The Inn’s Owner, Trisha Pérez Kennealy has launched cooking classes and an outdoor private dining option in their brand new Whispering Angel Culinary Garden. In partnership with the rosé brand, guests and locals can enjoy their signature dining alongside a specially curated selection of Baccarat crystal wine glasses!
Tucked between the inn’s main building and its restored barn, the Culinary Garden is a truly magical setting, with twinkling lights, fire pits, and lots of fall decor.
We recently enjoyed an exquisite multi-course meal and wine tasting at the Whispering Angel Culinary Garden. The atmosphere is quite something and gets even more charmed as the sun goes down and the lights start to twinkle even more. We were nice and toasty all evening as they have several patio heaters and fire pits in the garden.
Weekend Getaway From Boston
The Inn at Hastings Park is just a 30-minute drive from Downtown Boston but feels a world away. The Inn has ample parking for dinner and hotel guests, so no worries there! Enjoy the historic setting and stylish hotel during a relaxing and convenient weekend away from Boston!
