Lunasol opens at The ‘Quin House

Recently, we had the pleasure of stepping into Lunasol, the latest addition to The Quin House’s lineup of dining experiences. As members of this exclusive Boston club, we’re thrilled to see The Quin embracing the bold, rich flavors of Latin America with a new concept that beautifully balances elegance and innovation.

Open to members since October 3rd, Lunasol brings a fresh cultural influence to The Quin House, blending the flavors of Argentina, Mexico, and Peru in an immersive dining experience that’s as vibrant as it is delicious. The restaurant’s space has been entirely reimagined by Architectural Digest 100 designer and Quin Creative Director Ken Fulk, whose signature style makes a statement the moment you walk through the draped archways. Vibrant textures, hand-painted details, and an eclectic art collection featuring works from twenty-six artists create an atmosphere that transports you to the heart of Latin America. Among the art, you’ll find pieces by Argentinian cartoonist Antonio Seguí, Brazilian 3D painter Henrique Oliveira, and Colombian sculptor Fernando Botero—the inspiration behind Lunasol’s tequila bar, “Fernando’s.”

Of course, the real magic is on the plate. Under the direction of Chef Federico Remberg Roma and Culinary Director Jaron Dubinsky, Lunasol’s menu delivers everything from bright ceviche to richly layered tacos, tostadas, empanadas, and mole, paying homage to the diverse flavors and traditions of Latin American cuisine.

Chef Federico Remberg Roma brings a personal connection to the flavors of Latin America. Raised in Carretero, Mexico by German and Italian immigrant parents, his culinary journey began with a one-way ticket to London, where he trained and worked his way up in Michelin-starred kitchens. After time with the Alinea Group in Chicago and as Executive Chef for Washington D.C.’s Seven Reasons Group, Federico honed his craft in exploring Latin American flavors, leading plant-based menus, and earning a Michelin star. Now, he’s crafted a one-of-a-kind menu for Boston, blending his roots, heritage, and passion for culinary exploration at Lunasol.

We’re thrilled that The Quin House has added a spot like Lunasol, enhancing its role as a haven for Boston’s community of leaders, creators, and tastemakers.
