Thanksgiving falls on Thursday, November 26, 2026, and if you would rather someone else carve this year, a Boston hotel dining room is the most civilized way to do it. Below are the hotels that have posted their 2026 Thanksgiving plans, with prices and seating times wherever the hotel has published them, plus a few regulars that have yet to announce.

Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street: the grand buffet

For the full spread, Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street sets up its Thanksgiving buffet in the Beacon Ballroom from 11am to 3pm, at $249 per adult and $85 per child. The hotel’s 2026 announcement describes a raw bar with oysters, jumbo shrimp and Maine lobster salad, carving stations with heritage turkey, USDA Prime ribeye and bourbon maple-glazed salmon with Ossetra caviar, then a dessert display of pies, apple cider doughnuts and a Harvest Sugar Shack cart. If a ballroom buffet is not your style, Trifecta, the hotel’s lounge, serves a Thanksgiving menu from 4 to 9:30pm: turkey and Brie crostini, a heritage turkey plate with chestnut and brioche stuffing, and a Gala apple tart. That is the one I would book for two.

The hotel is also selling a Thanksgiving at Home dinner for $649, serving four to six, with a Misty Knoll Farm turkey and all the sides. The hotel page asks for orders by November 23, with pickup on Thanksgiving morning from 9am to 2:30pm. Details are on the hotel’s Thanksgiving page. Boston Harbor Hotel: brunch on the water

Boston Harbor Hotel is the waterfront choice. Its Thanksgiving Brunch runs from 11am to 5pm on November 26 in a room overlooking the harbor, with holiday favorites, desserts and live culinary stations. The hotel has not posted the price on its event page, so confirm it when you book through OpenTable.

For a sit-down dinner, Rowes Wharf Sea Grille serves a special holiday menu from 11:30am to 10pm, which makes it the most flexible option on this list if your family runs late. Both are listed on the hotel’s holiday page. This is the hotel where I launched Historic Maps of Boston last month, and the view across the harbor at dusk is hard to beat.

The Langham, Boston: a family-style feast at Grana

At The Langham, Grana serves a Thanksgiving Feast on November 26 with seatings from 10am to 3pm, at $180 per adult and $80 for children ages 5 to 12. It is a three-course meal with family-style sides and a dessert buffet. The mains are turkey with all the trimmings, roasted Atlantic salmon or stuffed delicata squash. The hotel’s bar, The Fed, is also running a Friendsgiving offer from November 13 to 26 if you want an earlier, looser get-together with friends.

Omni Parker House: Thanksgiving where the roll was born

There is something right about eating Thanksgiving dinner at the Omni Parker House, the School Street hotel that gave the country the Parker House roll. Parker’s Restaurant is hosting its Thanksgiving Day buffet on November 26, listed at $125 for adults and $35 for children 12 and under. The menu runs from breakfast items and starters through roasted turkey and herb-crusted sirloin to the bake shop. Reservations are required, and parties of six or more need a credit card deposit. Still to announce: worth a call

These hotels have served Thanksgiving in past years but had not posted 2026 details on their own sites when I checked. Call or watch their reservation pages:

• The Liberty: Scampo and Clink have both done Thanksgiving in recent years, and Clink offers a Take & Bake package.
• The Newbury Boston: Contessa, the glass-roofed rooftop restaurant, has served a family-style Italian Thanksgiving before.
• Fairmont Copley Plaza: OAK Long Bar + Kitchen usually serves holiday specials alongside its regular menu.
