The Charles River is one of Boston’s most beautiful and active natural landmarks. There are so many fun things to do on the banks of and actually on the Charles—Duck Tours, Yoga on the Esplanade, and of course sailing! Community Boating is an organization dedicated to making sailing more accessible to the people of Boston. With the motto, “Sailing for All”, Community Boating has made sailing possible for so many families in town.

Last Friday, guests celebrated all the hard work that has gone into making Community Boating the place to sail on the Charles for the past 70 years.

With food, dancing and live music, it was a fabulous night on the Charles!

The view of Boston was amazing from the docks; it made for the perfect late summer evening!

Community Boating has another wonderful event coming up, tickets to their “Raise the Sails Gala” on November 2^nd at the Liberty Hotel are on sale now! Get your tickets today as the event is expected to sell out. With an auction, raffle, heavy hors d’oeurvres and an open bar it will be a fun night! Oh and did I mention that it is a masquerade?
