I’m sorry to say it, but summer is over. It is officially time to make the closet swap—pack up the sandals and break out the sweaters and booties.
I got some serious fall fashion inspiration last week at the Her Campus College Fashion Week runway show in Boston. All the designers really brought it with some amazing street style fall outfits. Also, it was refreshing to see young women, of all body types, confident in their own skin strutting their stuff down the catwalk.
While I am a major sundress lover, the fall staples of tights, booties and light jackets do get me excited!
The night was a blast! Hundreds of guests enjoyed the runway shows, a makeup station, the European Wax Center brow station, giveaways, Instagram contests and more! Everywhere you turned there was fun waiting for you.
I walked out of the show truly inspired to unpack my fall wardrobe and lean into the season; the night was so much fun—I will definitely be back next year! But wait, here’s the best part, the fun didn’t stop when I went home for the night. Her Campus’ lovely sponsors were kind enough to give us an exclusive goodie bag filled with some amazing gifts.
Already, took my new Fitbit Flex 2 out for a spin this weekend!
And I am loving this gorgeous Rebecca Minkoff makeup bag! I had no problem filling it to the brim!
And there were a bunch of other surprises in there as well, including a blowout from Drybar, a lovely bottle of Lacoste perfume from Perfumania, and some treats from Bertha Watches and Vince Camuto! I don’t know about you, but I feel like these companies know they way to a girl’s heart, I mean a blowouts, perfume and other goodies? Major thumbs up!
