Fall is a great time to travel as it is a shoulder season for warmer destinations abroad and locally. The weather is nice and major attractions aren’t as crowded. Apple picking, pumpkin patches and hayrides are some more New England fall musts. And one of the best places to go for all those things is Kennebunkport, Maine! We recently visited the Seashore Trolley Museum for one of their Pumpkin Patch days. It made for the quintessential fall day in Maine.

We rode several antique trolleys through the forest to the cutest pumpkin patch, where we picked out very own pumpkin and then took a trolley back.
