Keep reading to find out why you should stop by Caña on your next trip to Miami for some elevated Cuban classics.
Caña at the Hyatt Centric Brickell Miami
Helmed by Chef William Milian, Caña’s focus is taking the flavors of a family kitchen and bringing those to their international set of guests and Brickell residents. “Each season when I am crafting the menu, I think back to my own childhood and the flavors my mother and grandmother shared with my family.” Said Chef Milian. “We source our ingredients as locally as possible and strive to offer authentic flavors in new and exciting ways.”
The vintage feel of Caña is enhanced by both the beautifully colorful murals and the light pouring in from the floor to ceiling windows throughout the space. And the fresh flavors and perfect plating make for a wonderful dining experience. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.
Why You Should Visit Caña
“Our goal with the space is to make guests feel comfortable and at home as soon as they walk in.” Said Chef Milian. “Whether you come in for some drinks and snacks with friends or dinner with your family we want you to have lots of laughs over some great food and drinks just like you would in your own home.” The team really achieved that feeling of comfort in the whole experience, everything from the food to the service to the ambiance leaves you thinking about when you’ll be back!
Caña’s Menu
The menu is filled with things like tostones and vaca frita, as well as croquetas de bacalao. And even simple things like black beans and white rice are executed to perfection so no matter what you are in the mood for you will not be disappointed. While you really can’t go wrong, be sure to bring an appetite because you will not want to skimp when ordering.
